Legal Requirements

You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Samā Cellars. By placing your order, you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). No wines can be left on porches or doorsteps. The willful misrepresentation of your age or the age of the recipient is a crime in most states.

Wines purchased from Samā Cellars are not for resale and are for personal consumption only.

State Restrictions and Limits

Many states restrict the amount of wine a consumer can have shipped from a winery or all wineries in aggregate. By placing an order on samacellars.com you formally represent that you have not exceeded any of your state limits on aggregate purchases and/or shipments.

Credit Card Charges

Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express at this time.

Minimum Purchase for Shipping

Three (3) bottle minimum purchase is highly encouraged for shipments at this time.

Order Shipment

Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5-7 business days from the date of the online order being placed. Generally, we ship orders every Tuesday and Friday; subject to change. Once order is shipped, delivery timing will depend on the shipping preference chosen by you at the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs

Our third-party shipper uses Federal Express and UPS (common carrier) for shipping, which is provided at current market rates.

Return & Refund Policy

Unfortunately, due to wine shipping laws and regulations we cannot accept a return or refund any alcohol purchases made at the winery, tasting room or on the website. However, if your package is damaged while in transit, then please reach out to info@samacellars.com.

Wine is a Delicate Commodity

Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Samā Cellars is not responsible for and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
