SAMĀ CELLARS WINE CLUB — TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Welcome to the Samā Cellars Wine Club. As a valued member, you receive access to our handcrafted wines, exclusive events, and curated offerings.

Please carefully review the following Terms and Conditions, which govern your membership. We reserve the right to modify membership terms, including pricing, shipment contents, and benefits. Members will be notified of any material changes via email.

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

  • Wine Club Members agree to a one-year minimum membership term (see Cancellation Policy below).
  • Wine club benefits are exclusive to club members and are not transferable.
  • Membership benefits apply to two people at the same residence, and include complimentary tastings determined by the membership tier.
  • Club member must be present to use any club benefits, including complimentary tastings.
  • Club Member must be in good standing with all allocations accepted and paid for, in order to receive Member Benefits.
  • Allocation frequency and ability to customize depends on the membership tier. Founders Circle and Reserve Club will receive an email two (2) weeks prior to billing outlining the wines our winemaker has seasonally selected, and the ability to login to their wine club account and make any preferred changes to your wines.
  • Your credit card will be automatically billed at the time of allocation, reflecting your discount plus any applicable shipping or individual state taxes. Charges are non-refundable.

SHIPPING & PICKUP

  • Allocations may be picked up from our Redmond location or shipped via a common carrier (FedEx, UPS).
  • Allocation (Pick up):
    • Individual picking up allocation must be the named Wine Club Member on the account.
    • Allocations must be picked up within 90 days of release. If you can’t make it out to pick up your wines, we are happy to ship them to you. Shipping charges will apply.
    • Wines left unclaimed beyond 120 days will be donated to the charity of our choosing and will no longer be available to the member.
  • Allocation (Shipping):
    • An individual 21 years or older must be present to sign for delivery.
    • To ensure the quality of your wines, we reserve the right to hold shipments due to weather conditions at our discretion.
  • It is the club member’s responsibility to monitor the email address on file for shipping information and change deadlines. delivery redirect, recall, and re-ship fees are the member’s responsibility if changes are made past the deadline.

NOTIFICATIONS & COMMUNICATION

  • Our primary method of communication is via email. Members receive notifications about upcoming shipments, billing, special offers, and event invitations.
  • We respect your privacy — your personal information will never be sold or shared.
  • It is your responsibility to keep your email address, phone number, shipping address, and credit card information up to date. You may update your account at any time by logging into your account or contacting us.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation must be made prior to the processing of the current club allocation. It is the responsibility of the member to cancel prior to the processing of payment. Paid club allocations will not be refunded.
  • An early cancellation fee of $50 will be incurred for any memberships terminated prior to one year.
  • There is no cancellation charge after the minimum term of one year has been met.
